WELCOME TO THE THIRTY-MINUTES-A-DAY CHALLENGE!

We officially begin August 1st

Even the busiest of us can find 30 minutes a day to work on being healthy, fit, and happy, right? For the entire month of August, I challenge myself (and you!) to fit in 30 minutes of exercise each day.

Remember, that is an average of 30 minutes per day. You can work out for 60 minutes one day, 20 the next, 45 when that fits better, etc., just as long as you hit 930 minutes (31 days x 30 minutes) by August 31!

I've got 35 days to hit my first goal weight so I've really got to exercise more and couldn't find a challenge which suited me so if you guys like mine, feel free to join in too.

The challenge is to do at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.
You MUST exercise everyday. If you're not 100% committed please don't join in. I need the motivation and quitters aint gonna motivate me! Post your exercise everyday, any time of the day and however you choose to post it whether it's with a ticker or just simple format of:

September's Healthy Eating Days

SEPTEMBER HEALTHY EATING DAYS!

This is really for me but anyone & everyone is more then welcome to join. I know I'm getting a late start but I NEED this! MJ's 40min a day challenge is helping me move but I need something to help me eat better & there is no reason why 1 person can't eat healthy for 1 day! Why not bask & soak up the day your in & totally rock that 1 day out ...1 day at a time is how you meet success! So here is how this works.

OBJECT:
I made a ticker for September. The object is to eat healthy for at least 25 days out of what's left of the 30 days of this month. That also allows for a few cheat days bc let's face it, we all need a day where we can throw alcohol down our throats or have a piece oF f*cking birthday cake! For every day you do good & follow all the rules you give yourself a 1 on your ticker for the 1 day.

RULES:
1. Must eat breakast (B), Lunch (L), & Dinner (D). 2 small healthy snacks are allowed if hunger strikes & calorie count is low.
2. Must meet calorie range for your weight. I must eat between 1200-1800 a day.
3. NO JUNK! You be the judge of what's considered junk.
4. No eating after 8pm. This prevents binging & late night mindless snacking.
5. Last but not least no regular soda & only 1 DIET soda a day & must keep count of how many trips you fill up your water cup/glass/bottle (drink lots & lots of water!).

REWARD:
There's gatta be light at the end of the tunnel. The scale just ain't promising. So I'm putting some money to the side or maybe even pulling out a naughty credit card & if I make my 25 days this month I'm going to Victoria's Secret & buying a sexy little bra & panti set! Nothing makes me happier! And I haven't done it in years bc I felt like I haven't worked to deserve it!

October's Healthy Eating Days!


Eating healthy can be difficult. In this challenge we focus on eating healthy 1 day at a time. And with Halloween just around the corner candy is going to be everywhere! So here's how this challenge works!

Object:
To eat healthy 25 out of 31 days of the month (or all 31 days if you can do it!).

Reward:
There's gatta be motive! So give yourself your very own personal reward (other than weightloss) if you succeed. For me, I want to buy a panti set at Victoria's Secret (I have yet to do this since I failed last month!)

The Rules:
1) You MUST make a ticker for this challenge in order to keep track of how many healthy days you have.
2) You are your own judge of what is healthy & what isn't healthy (portions, junk food, water/diet soda, ect.).
3) THE TRICK! It is Halloween after all & since candy is around ...well, let's have fun with it! For every day you do good ...instead of giving yourself a '1' for the day -give yourself a '2' on your ticker (so your ticker goal should read 50). I think if you can go an entire day w/out eating any candy it deserves an extra point!!

This month is gunna be hard but I think with the support of one another & the motive to want to push our tickers in the right directions we can fit ourselves slim into some sexy costumes by eating healthy this month! Let's do this!

Stevie'S November Challenge


This November Challenge is for my personal benefit but anyone is welcome to join me.

*It lasts all of the month of November.

*Weigh in days will be every Saturday & recorded.

*Purpose of this challenge is to get 3 points everyday to add up to a total of 90 points by the end of the month.

Each day
-Eating Healthy = 1 point
-Exercising (@ least 30mins) = 1 point
-Doing something that makes you happy & sain (ex: a 5 minute pep talk, drink 8 glasses of water, 5 minutes of stretching, a hot bubble bath, reading, 10 minutes, quiet alone time, ect.) = 1 point

*My reward if I get 80% of my points (72points) will be to buy a new 2011 planner. I'm a crazy calendar agenda planner freak (like you haven't noticed haha). Make a personal reward for yourself other then weightloss. Weightloss should just be a bonus bc ultimatly we all should be working towards making these healthy habits STICK!

It's simple enough to keep you going through the winter months & moving to where you don't put on the winter weight. Let's keep pushing through this winter! Let's keep moving forward! I know I sure as heck don't want my new year's resolution to be to lose weight but instead to be in a fabulous dress making new years resolutions to see new places & making exciting plans instead in a fabulous fit body! Let's start with November bc we all know how time flies!! Feel free to join.

You can do this using ANY fitness program, provided it's a Beachbody program. Why? These are the programs I'm qualified to coach. I would have no idea how to help you get through TapOut or a Jillian Michaels workout because I'm not familiar with them or affiliated with those companies. So for the sake of keeping things neat and tidy, please stick with Beachbody's workouts! There are a ton to choose from!

This isn't a rule, but thought I would share. Before and After pictures will be required! These will be considered in your total transformation. You do not have to post these until the challenge is over if you are uncomfortable.
