October's Healthy Eating Days!


Eating healthy can be difficult. In this challenge we focus on eating healthy 1 day at a time. And with Halloween just around the corner candy is going to be everywhere! So here's how this challenge works!

Object:
To eat healthy 25 out of 31 days of the month (or all 31 days if you can do it!).

Reward:
There's gatta be motive! So give yourself your very own personal reward (other than weightloss) if you succeed. For me, I want to buy a panti set at Victoria's Secret (I have yet to do this since I failed last month!)

The Rules:
1) You MUST make a ticker for this challenge in order to keep track of how many healthy days you have.
2) You are your own judge of what is healthy & what isn't healthy (portions, junk food, water/diet soda, ect.).
3) THE TRICK! It is Halloween after all & since candy is around ...well, let's have fun with it! For every day you do good ...instead of giving yourself a '1' for the day -give yourself a '2' on your ticker (so your ticker goal should read 50). I think if you can go an entire day w/out eating any candy it deserves an extra point!!

This month is gunna be hard but I think with the support of one another & the motive to want to push our tickers in the right directions we can fit ourselves slim into some sexy costumes by eating healthy this month! Let's do this!
