I've got 35 days to hit my first goal weight so I've really got to
exercise more and couldn't find a challenge which suited me so if you
guys like mine, feel free to join in too.
The challenge is to do at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.
You MUST exercise everyday. If you're not 100% committed please don't join in. I need the motivation and quitters aint gonna motivate me! Post your exercise everyday, any time of the day and however you choose to post it whether it's with a ticker or just simple format of:

Apart from that please feel free to jump in at any time.. The challenge officially ends on the last day of October.
