September's Healthy Eating Days

SEPTEMBER HEALTHY EATING DAYS!

This is really for me but anyone & everyone is more then welcome to join. I know I'm getting a late start but I NEED this! MJ's 40min a day challenge is helping me move but I need something to help me eat better & there is no reason why 1 person can't eat healthy for 1 day! Why not bask & soak up the day your in & totally rock that 1 day out ...1 day at a time is how you meet success! So here is how this works.

OBJECT:
I made a ticker for September. The object is to eat healthy for at least 25 days out of what's left of the 30 days of this month. That also allows for a few cheat days bc let's face it, we all need a day where we can throw alcohol down our throats or have a piece oF f*cking birthday cake! For every day you do good & follow all the rules you give yourself a 1 on your ticker for the 1 day.

RULES:
1. Must eat breakast (B), Lunch (L), & Dinner (D). 2 small healthy snacks are allowed if hunger strikes & calorie count is low.
2. Must meet calorie range for your weight. I must eat between 1200-1800 a day.
3. NO JUNK! You be the judge of what's considered junk.
4. No eating after 8pm. This prevents binging & late night mindless snacking.
5. Last but not least no regular soda & only 1 DIET soda a day & must keep count of how many trips you fill up your water cup/glass/bottle (drink lots & lots of water!).

REWARD:
There's gatta be light at the end of the tunnel. The scale just ain't promising. So I'm putting some money to the side or maybe even pulling out a naughty credit card & if I make my 25 days this month I'm going to Victoria's Secret & buying a sexy little bra & panti set! Nothing makes me happier! And I haven't done it in years bc I felt like I haven't worked to deserve it!
