WELCOME TO THE THIRTY-MINUTES-A-DAY CHALLENGE!

We officially begin August 1st

Even the busiest of us can find 30 minutes a day to work on being healthy, fit, and happy, right? For the entire month of August, I challenge myself (and you!) to fit in 30 minutes of exercise each day.

Remember, that is an average of 30 minutes per day. You can work out for 60 minutes one day, 20 the next, 45 when that fits better, etc., just as long as you hit 930 minutes (31 days x 30 minutes) by August 31!
