Real Fat Loss Without The Scams

I just wanted to put up a small post on fat loss without all the scams and rubbish being spouted.

Fat loss is touted as being very scientific and difficult but the fact is it's easy. Carbs are bad studies are usually funded by companies selling proteins or fats. Fat is bad studies usually funded by companies with sugar interest etc.

My system allows you to eat whatever food group you like, gives you freedom to choose while shedding fat at a good rate. This book is very simple and also includes a meal planner and food diary along with a goal setting manual as fat diets are simple, sticking to them isn't!

Here is an small extract from my book The Lean Switch:

Well many years ago before the “fat is bad” campaign was rolling, people ate deep fried chips, sausages, fish fingers and anything else that would fit in the pan. But were less fat as a nation than now. Ah that’s why I now eat high fat low carb diet the “Carbophobes” will cry! Well at the same time these people were eating deep-fried everything for lunch or dinner they were eating cornflakes and white bread with butter for breakfast. So if these people were eating all of the food groups such as fat, carbohydrate and protein together why weren’t they as fat as now? Because they didn’t eat as often and they exercised by necessity and it’s that simple.

Eating 6 times a day is getting pushed as a way to boost metabolism and it simply doesn’t work that way. Eating Carbohydrate is being pushed as the reason for rising Diabetes rates where I would ask, how many slim people do you see getting type 2 Diabetes? Not many is my guess. Then we can run into the Paleolithic diets also such as only eating things that were available when we were cave dwellers. Well we don’t know if that was the most healthy way as most died very young for a variety of reasons.

I am not saying any of the diets don’t work, they all work. But they all work on the same principle below the surface of science, mystery and general diet awesomeness. They all offer a deficit in the body of some kind that will lead to fat-loss. If you want to lose weight only one thing matters…….Less calories than the body needs will cause fat-loss. If you want to keep muscle while dieting then using it will let the body know it’s required. That’s it folks!

So after all that and it’s so simple, why the need for this book? Well the world needs educating in less information not more. This book will strip away all the studies, all the fads and just concentrate on a system that’s easy to follow and gives results.
