There are several different exercise types included within this section and they include butt exercises (gluteus maximus) and Legs Exercises .
The butt exercises include the whole gluteus maximus muscle and the
leg exercises include all parts of the leg from the quads (quadriceps),
calves (gastrocnemius), hamstrings (biceps femoris), adductor and
abductor muscles. The legs are responsible for movement, and are a very
powerful muscle allowing us to run, jump, kick, lift, push, force,
extend, flex, move in and out in order to do many daily activities in
our busy lives. In this section of our total body exercises, you can
enjoy a variety of workouts for beginner, intermediate, or advanced
users. Following the proper protocol will enable you to get fit with
nice, long, and lean legs, and by using these specific exercises, you
will definitely be on your way! The legs can be exercised in a number
of ways including weighted resistance (assisted machines or free
weights), calisthenics (using your own body weight), static holds
(holding exercise position for X amount of seconds or minutes), and
stretching.
