Do you think that these are the best solutions?

Just looking for support

I'm 19, and I have a loving boyfriend. He is constantly getting mad at me because I'll say that I'm unattractive, or other variations of the phrase, because I weigh (it's hard to say this) 230 pounds. I have only ever been weighed at the doctors, and each time I go they tell me I've gained weight.

My boyfriend always tells me that I'm pretty and sexy, and all of my friends say that I'm beautiful, but I don't feel that way. I think they are all crazy. I want to be somewhere around 155 pounds...and I've finally decided that I need to do something about this. I am afraid to say that I'm one lazy girl. I like to sit and read. There isn't much to do around my small town, so I stay in. And I know that I need to get outside more. And that's one of my goals. I've been reading online tips for a while, and I've put together a little list of things that I will do. (Or not do).

~I will drink mostly water all day, un-sweetened tea, and I am allowed 2 cups of coffee daily.
~I will keep a food diary daily.
~I will get more sleep, and not stay up all night.
~I will eat smaller portions of food.
~I will chose healthier snacks, or smaller portions of unhealthier types of snacks.
~I will not watch so much TV, and will not snack while watching TV.
~I will not skip meals.
~I will eat only when I am hungry.
~I will not eat after dark.
~I will not cut out my favorite foods.
~I will order kids meals when I eat out at fast food joints. (Or just one burger and a small fry)
~I will eat more whole grains and wheat products.
